The dominant flavours come from the Korean menugarlic, red chile, ginger and soya sauce. Main courses of sizzling ribs, grilled salmon, seafood and fish soups mingle with toothy appetizers of vegetable pancakes and dumplings.
The Japanese menu is primarily sushi, served simply, without adornment. Prices at lunch and dinner are reasonable; the portions, substantial. And they have great kimchi, Korea's national side dish of pickled cabbage layered with garlic and fiery red chilies.
