How can one possibly describe Marven to someone who has never seen it? (By the way, Marven isn't a real person, but more of a benevolent, imaginary spirit.) This Park-Extension, family-run brochetterie boasts a Greek version of a hunting lodge decor, complete with stuffed game on the walls!

Marven offers everything you'd expect to find in a resto of this type, with authentic extras like cervelle (brain), cailles (quail), veal chops and gylkadakialris de veau (sweetbreads), as well as lamb roasted on a spit.

Use "Marven's special sauce', liberally: it’s a zippy oil-vinegar-tomato concoction (ketchup is forbidden) used on the sometimes dry, frozen fries and anything else you think "needs a shot."

Marven may not be elegant, but they serve up some tasty, honest and filling food—you can be sure you'll leave feeling as stuffed as the animals!
