Whether you eat in the restaurant or take advantage of the catering service, this is no look-alike contestthe ingredients are very fresh, and very Italian (rustic Italian, in fact). A vast choice of antipasti and pasta, first-class cuts of meat, fish (still breathing)and I'm not sure the vegetables weren't still growing. A little friendly advice: Stick to the table d'hôte unless, of course, you fancy truffles at $2,300 a kilo!
Several very good wood-oven baked breads are just waiting to be savoured in the bread baskets. Several thousand bottles, comprising over three hundred different Italian wines, fill the cellar. A good choice of wine by the glass. A stone's throw from the Palais des congrés.
Sample menu: Stracciatella fiorentina, Ciccillo mussels, Consentina ravioli, calf sweetbread with green pepper, grilled fresh tuna, risotto princesse, Zinzero shrimps, tiramisu, gianduia, Sicilian canoli, zabaglione.
