These are the new haunts of Pasquale Rovito, the Calabrese culinary magician faithful fans have been following around town for more than 15 years. Rovito still oversees the sister location on Decarie Blvd. but spends most of his time here.
The T.M.R. menu retains many of the flawless dishes that have earned Rovito acclaim, including his trademark linguine con vongole and one of the best racks of hubs in the cityeight finger-thin chops of fresh Quebec lamb made succulent from three days of marination in Dijon mustard, garlic, bay Ieaves, rosemary, carrot, onions and olive oil. Enticing additions include several risotti and a couple at pastas billed as specialties.
