One of the better restaurants in Old Montreal. Chef Postel excites the palate with fabulous duck liver served half in terrine, half freshly sauteed, exquisite black caviar and salmon-stuffed pancakes, and an astounding seabream with Parmesan and vermouth sauce.
As always, the ingredients are first-class, as is the service and wine list. The amazing desserts are worth a trip on their own. Reservations recommended.
