This establishment provided the best Italian dinner we've ever had in Montreal. Fabio is the chef, Aldo the maitre. We put ourselves in both their hands and here is the result. Twin pasta appetizers (one ravioli and a small portion of penne). Slightly spicy light tomato sauce on the penne plus ricotta and herb stuffed ravioli. Both slightly "al dente" and small portion as we had requested.

Main course consisted of three medium sized scallopini. One sauced with lemon (piccata), one with porcinis and one with marsala. Veal was fork-tender, lightly browned and just plain superb. Lightly sautéed Yukon gold potatoes perfect for the sauce and accompanying vegetable medley was still crunchy to the bite. We had to skip the salad and dessert. Great espresso, though. Definitely a "go back". Wine list heavy in Italian, fairly priced. Napkins folded, table crumbed—nothing was too much trouble. 20 minutes from downtown Montreal and located between the Du College and Cote Vertu Metro stations. —
