This all-day resto bar serves an array of breakfasts, lunches and dinners in large portions. The dinner menu alone includes burgers, fajitas, sandwiches, soups, pastas and the chef's specialties, which are influenced by his passion for Cajun, Creole, Thai, Mexican and American Southwest flavours.

Choosing a dinner from so many dishes can be daunting. The nightly all inclusive dinners are a reasonably safe bet, as are sampled dishes like lightly breaded chicken and grilled shrimp in a Creole mustard sauce and fiery New Orleans barbecue shrimp. New Orleans bread pudding was a winner—a rich, generous chunk served in a whiskey-laced sauce streaked with Jamaican chocolate.
